License

The client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product or service for their own purposes only, in accordance with the contract terms. The client may not sell, redistribute, modify, or use the work for other commercial purposes without prior written consent from the company.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the software, designs, and content developed by Spunto remain the exclusive property of the company, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
